This is stunning! A chain mail silver coloured purse. With Lapis Lazuli cabachons on the clasp. Inside I have stashed swivel love tocken on a red checked ribbon. Hung on a Blue velvet ribbon. A chain can be added if needed, please message me for options.  
(Possibly orginally attached to a Chatelaine. (A woman in charge of a large house, would have set of short chains attached to her belt, used for carrying keys, scissors, thimble and her purse.)
